It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your laundry, e.g., do you have a doorman or not. In the case of a doorman building, you can leave your laundry, in a WashClub Bay Area bag, with the doorman and we will pick up/deliver your laundry with him. If you do not have a doorman, you can leave us a duplicate key to access your building and pickup/deliver your laundry from in front of your apartment.
Typically we can return wash & fold in 24 hours and dry cleaning in 48 hours.
